I have Dish Network, but the room with new philips roku TV only has Coax cable from wall, No Cable Box.

I plugged the coax into the correct ANT/Cable port, connected the fitting. Ran the find live channels sequence, only 2 local channels came up. I unplugged, replugged, rescanned multiple times and nothing!

During My initial set up, DISH TV ***DID** come in, however the viewing screen was very small; the screen showed dish remote battery low, and screen had very small tiny print. i did factory reset to start over, and time and time again, dish is NOT recognized.

technology has passed me by. i  need help.

Thanks for the post.

Have you tied contacting Dish to see what insight they can provide? It's possible that there may be an issue with your Dish connection that they would need to investigate further.
