When turning on tv, direct tv ad pops up immediately and won't allow me to go to home screen. Remote does not work on the ad screen. I am stuck there.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by your inability to navigate your TV using your remote. Let'stroubleshoot this issue so this can be resolved. We recommend following the steps below:

1. Unplug your TV/Roku device from the power source for 1 minute.
2. Re-plug the TV/Roku device into the power source and turn it on once more.

After performing this step, let us know how it works.
