Columns of pixels in wrong alignment

Sometimes when I turn on tv, TCL 6 series, columns of pixels are removed from middle of screen and put on far left of screen leaving two discontinuity regions.  Sometimes it goes away on its own, other times it lingers.  None of the pixels get stuck and stream/broadcast but in wrong location.

Re: Columns of pixels in wrong alignment

Hello @Schaeffballs

Thanks for the post.

It looks like you're having a hardware issue. Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.

You can reach TCL Support here

Let us know how it goes!

All the best,
Kariza
