Wrong app and missing app
Not sure of what is going on. Someone else's Direct Tv app is showing up on my tv. And some of my apps are disappearing from mine. Does anyone know what is going on.

Is the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About yours? Using that email address, log into https://my.roku.com and check the devices that are linked to that account. If you don't recognize any of them, remove them. You may also want to change your Roku account password.
