  I also have this issue after re-scanning for antenna channels this weekend. Guide now complete nonsense. I've had my TCL Roku TV for 3 years now, no problems at all up till this point. Have tried clearing out the list and rescanning, tried alternative local zipcodes, tried factory reset TV. No luck. Clearly this is a provider end problem so come on Roku, its been years now for some people, surely about time a fix was made available.

    Well...... About a week ago my TCL ROKU TV started turning itself on by itself early in the morning. I went through every setting but no help. Did a factory reset. Have not noticed it turning on since.
    But now, I'm in your group with a nonsense guide for local OTA channels. I tried it all, including another factory reset. Interesting though, a factory reset will not back date the software, so this might be the problem???
    Also, a while ago when the 10.0 software rolled out, it broke the mirroring feature. Was texting TCL support and was getting a run around from support team that I think were new employees that had absolutely no idea. Even sent me back to troubleshooting 101... Try turning off & on, etc. REALLY? Even though I specifically called out this happened after software update. There is no way to roll back software to verify.
    Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!

Tried this, but didn't work for me. OTA channels are all wrong, showing correct on Titan TV so it is not the broadcast station issue. It is definitely a TLC tv issue. Happened a couple of months ago after an update.

  Same here - 3 days ago. I have a TCL Roku Smart TV. Some guide info is correct, a few channels duplicate the info from a near channel but the correct show is viewable. I have changed zip code, did a restart, rescanned channels. Hesitant to do a Factory Reset as Community reviews indicate that isn't necessarily the solution. My info is as follows: Roku 7104X, Model 495405, SW version 11.0.0, Build 4193-30.

I have tried all of the recommendations and nothing works. I’ve had this insignia Roku tv with no issues for over five years This only started about a week ago. I don’t understand how Roku cannot fix an issue that began with their latest update! Please keep posting suggestions. This is ridiculous

I have similar issues. For example, CBS channel KGPE 47.1 Fresno CA has a Court TV ICON with Court TV program info in the guide. However, the pop-up shows the correct info. This has been an issue for several weeks now. No amount of rebooting, rescanning or theme changing helps.

Hoping someone will get this fixed.

Hello. My tv guide on my tcl roku tv is not showing the correct channel. The channel 11.1 is Kare11 but on the guide it says it is true crime network. When I click on 11.1, Kare11 plays.
I tried restarting my tv, changing the zip code and rescanned for channels multiple times. Any ideas on how I can correct my TV guide?

  Seeing this issue complaint increasing in the Community. I believe it is a bug in OS11 affecting different RokuTV manufacturers. I have yet to come across a resolution or helpful tip that I can pass on to you. Will likely only be resolved by a future build update.

This has been happening for the last 4 days:
In my area, CBS is channel 11-1 and isn’t listing the correct programs. It is repeating what is on 11-4.
In my area, one of the PBS is channel 30-1, 30-2 and 30-3 and is showing the same program on every channel.
The other PBS channel is showing “OHIO CHANNEL” on all 3 channels or no program listings. :(
If I turn off the internet connection, my guide TV is showing the correct program listings.

  Having same issue. Many duplicates on antenna guide both in name and programming. The channels still have the call letters correct at the top of the screen. Just not in the grid guide.

    I too am having this problem. Just with a couple of channels though (only with local NBC channels). 2 of the 3 NBC channels show the same info, meaning just one of them is wrong.

  What Roku do you have? Is this an app you're using? We don't have any context of the question, so I'm not sure where to begin.
  What's the Roku model number? Settings > System > About
  What is the app you're using?
  Or is this a Roku TV (which, by the way, Roku didn't build; Roku only licenses software for Roku TV devices)?

    Your tone is condescending. While Roku may not “build” the TVs, it does control them when they come into our homes. The last update (that happens automatically) broke the channel guide. I didn’t have OTA channels for hours. All my TVs are RokuTVs. Clearly that is a mistake since Roku also seems to control my access to local channels.

I have a Insignia ROKU smart tv and a Insignia digital HD Antenna. When I scan my Digital Antenna it shows the ROKU channels but it scrambles my digital tv channels. Like channel 3 will show channel 3 shows but the program name will be from another station like Grit TV or Start TV. I received an update to ROKU about a week ago and I'm not sure if the update caused this issue because it's something that never happened before. I reset to default and my digital antenna works fine until synced with ROKU channels. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thank you!

  Same problem for me. Using an antenna all my NBC stations show the same but wrong program names. I still can view the channel with the current program

    Like I posted earlier It's a Roku issue do to the latest update 11.0.0.
    If you disconnect your tv from the internet the guide goes back to being correct using the OTA guide.
    As soon as you connect it back to the internet the guide is wrong for quite a few channels for the Phoenix area.
    Sound of crickets from ole Mary and Danny the Roku mods . Basically they know there is a an issue but whether Roku feels it's worth the time and resources to fix it well I wouldn't count on it happening anytime soon.
    Unfortunately today's companies it is the norm they don't beta test anything anymore and expect the customer to do it for them ....
    Only thing you can do if you need your guide correct is disconnect the tv from the internet and the guide will be right.
    Easiest way I found without jumping through your router hoops to block it is to set up your phones hot spot connect the tv to it then turn off your phones hot spot. The tv won't try to reconnect to previous connections so it now will show not connected....
    Your OTA guide will be right then you may have to select channel to get info to load but it should work.
    Then you can just connect back to your internet when needed for apps ... Not idea and sort of a pain in the **bleep** but really only option I have found to get around Roku incompetence of releasing a bugged update ...
    But hey that's seems to be the world we live in now companies save money on testing and let the consumer do it for them ...

  Yes Yes Yes. I think you solved this problem.
  Just get rid of all Roku channels on you ota channel guide. Or unfavor all channels that are not ota.
  I believe it's the mesh between ota and Roku channels. They'll fix it soon. It happens before to me.
  Rescanned and lost info from just a few channels. Rescanned yesterday and now all ota channels show NO Information.
  Yes they've got lots of problems. But they usually do get fixed eventually.
  Will not buy roku tcl tv again.
  These tcl televisions are not allowed on military installations. Due to too many open ports.

I only bought a Roku for the channel guide & it rarely works correctly. The channel guide is now all wrong, it shows a different network (like the Laff channel for on the guide when it is really ABC, no info for others), it duplicates some channels & worst of all even when not touching the remote, the info guide keeps popping up at the bottom! I am TIRED of resetting my tv. What is the problem now?

  This seems to be a common issue right now. None of the remedies have worked so far that I know of. Hopefully we get a patch soon.

I'm having the same issues. Earlier this week one of my "favorite" channels wasn't displaying. Had to go through the settings menu, find the channel and re-favorite it. Yesterday, I had to do the same thing with a different favorite channel. But now, the listing for the channels are all wrong. Channel 13.1 should be WTHR news at 11:00 p.m. and the channel listing said it was Dragnet. However, the news was playing on the channel.

    Danny and anyone at Roku troubleshooting this:
    The brand of the TV DOESN'T MATTER. This issue is affecting all of us across-the-board regardless of whether we have a Samsung RokuTV, a TCL, a Hisense or other brand!
    My TV is a 65" Hisense Roku TV.
    This ISN'T JUST ONE NETWORK LIKE ABC OR CBS. This issue is happening ACROSS-THE-BOARD, affecting most OTA TV networks.
    This makes our OTA TV channel guides effectively completely useless. ROKU needs to FIX THIS immediately!! Why on earth would Roku think it is a brilliant idea for them to force its own guide on top of our guide?! Sure, I guess Roku needs to create a guide for the streaming channels. But stop messing with my OTA antenna TV channel guides!!!
    Things I have tried that didn't work:
    Checking for system updates,
    Rescanning OTA TV channels,
    Resetting Wifi network,
    System restart,
    Disabling Fast TV start,
    Reenabling Fast TV start,
    Unplugging TV
    I checked all of my OTA channels using an independent app, TV Guide, tuned to my local channels to see what I am supposed to be getting.
    I am having this problem on most networks that broadcast multiple OTA channels.
    Examples:
    * PBS -- (Hi-V) Five of my six PBS channels are duplicating what is on Channel 3.4. (WRONG!)
    * NBC -- (Hi-V) The main channel, 8.1, does not show NBC but instead duplicates what is on channel 8.2. (WRONG!)
    * CBS -- (Hi-V) The only network not showing duplicate channels.
    * FOX -- (Hi-V) The main Fox channel, 13.1, is duplicating the info from 13.3. (WRONG!)
    * ABC -- (UHF) The main ABC channel, 28.1, is duplicating the info from a subchannel, 28.2 (WRONG!)
    * CW -- (UHF) The main channel 44.1 is duplicating the info from a subchannel, 44.2. (WRONG!)
    Per the FTC website, some of the aforementioned channels are on band Hi-V and some are UHF. All of the affected channels are strong OTA signals in my area.
    Their RF (physical) channels are:
    PBS -- RF 18
    NBC -- RF 9
    FOX -- RF 12
    ABC -- RF 17
    CW -- RF 44
    This is not a streaming channel issue. This is an OTA channel issue.

I'm having the same issue. I have 2 Roku TVs, one is TCL the other is Hisense. Software version 11.0.0 build 4193-88. Did all types of troubleshooting. Reboot, changed the zipcode, update, restart, including deleting the TVguide. All to no avail. The tech said it was my antenna and to contact the antenna company. I don't believe this is an antenna issue since both TVs have independent antenna. One is upstairs and the other downstairs.

  It is definitely not an antenna issue. Not with so many people having the same problem with all different antennas. I am convinced it is a software issue and a patch needs to be created for the current build we all received in May, or Roku needs to send out a new update ASAP.

    As soon as you connect it back to the internet the the Roku smart (not so smart) guide is wrong for quite a few channels for the Phoenix area.
    So unfortunately all you can do if you need the correct OTA guide info is disconnect your tv from the internet .
    I have been using my phone hotspot to connect to then turning my hotspot off vs messing with my router when I want OTA guide.
    Unfortunately then you have to reconnect to Internet to use apps and guide is wrong again so not the greatest work around but it does work at least.
