My brand new TV won’t turn on anymore. I haven’t even had it in the entire week! I’ve tried all of the tricks… I reset the remote. I unplugged the TV and waited 30 seconds before plugging it back in, I even hard reset the TV itself. When I try to use the Roku app on my phone, it won’t connect to the TV, either. I reset the app and it cannot discover the TV on our network. There is also no light at the bottom of the TV like there used to be when it was off. I won it in a drawing, so I don’t have a receipt. I threw away the box because I don’t have space for that big of a box. Am I just SOL?
