Brand New TV worked fine then went to lines on screen

I purchased a 65” ROKU smart tv and it worked fine when I turned it on. It said it required and update so I hit update. Then my screen went to nothing but lines and is constantly changing colors. Do I just need to have it picked up and replaced or is this part of the update ?

We understand that your Roku TV is experiencing display issues. We'd be glad to look into this and help you. Could you try performing a hard reset on your Roku TV just to check for improvements? To do so, kindly locate the reset button at the back of the TV, press and hold it until the TV restarts.
