Welcome to the Roku Community, @ronekvo1!
One of Roku's priorities is the safety of the children streaming. We'd love to suggest some steps you could take to set parental controls.
To prevent this from happening again, we highly recommend enabling the parental controls to configure access limits based on ratings in certain situations such as those described below:
- Set up ratings-based playback restrictions within The Roku Channel
- Set up built-in parental control features on other popular streaming channels that offer these features
- Configure your Roku TV™ to restrict viewing of programs on "over-the-air" broadcast television
The Roku Channel has parental controls that use a PIN. This feature works only when you are signed in. When enabled, a PIN is required to watch content with certain ratings. The content accessible without a PIN depends on the rating level you choose during setup, as shown in the table below.
✔️= Content with this rating on The Roku Channel can be watched without a PIN
✖️= A PIN is required to watch content with this rating on The Roku Channel
To help you learn more about this, here's our support article with more details and information: How to block content using parental controls
