Best Settings for my Roku Soundbar?

Sorry to bring this back up but can anyone advise me on the best settings for my soundbar? It's connected by an optical cable as it has no HDMI connection. Do I need to use 'Custom' or will 'Auto' suffice? As far as I know my soundbar has only 2 speakers.
