Audio Narrating on Hallmark Channel cannot stop it even though the setting is turned off?!?!

I have an old sharp TV and added a Roku TV stick. I’m able to receive channels as expected. However I am also getting audio narration on the Hallmark channel, which is through My Spectrum subscription. I have tried everything to stop the audio narration, but it shows that it is already off. The audio narration does not seem to occur on other channels or other applications such as Netflix or Disney+. How do I stop the audio narration for the Hallmark channel? This does not occur on my 4K LG TV which is directly connected to spectrum cable. The problem only seems to be  with the Roku TV stick.

Thanks for reaching out to the Roku community!

We would recommend removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

The channel is on the Direct TV Stream services. I have already uninstalled and installed back the app and nothing happen. Any other suggestions??  Can you please replay to my email [personal information removed]
