Apps not working on tcl Roku tv

I have a TCL Roku tv. At some point yesterday ALL off the apps stopped working. TV is connected to internet, via ethernet cable. I've changed the networks to my neighbour and they still don't work, so I know it's not an provider issue. I also have bell satelite and all streaming apps work from it. As well as multiple Roku devices in other tv's that work. So something happened to the tcl Roku tv. Had this happened to anyone? Suggestions?

Have you tried a "System restart" located under Settings->System->Power?

Have you tried a "System restart" located under Settings->System->Power?
