Apple TV app wrong format ??

So I have had the Apple TV app on my Roku tv for a while now. Never had any issues. Recently purchased a movie & when trying to play it I keep getting an error message reading that the title is not available on the tv. To try an apple product?

anyone had this issue? Or know how to get around it? I have bought countless movies before with no issue.

Re: Apple TV app wrong format ??

Hi @Jddixon97,

Thanks for your first post in the Roku Community!

We understand that you are having trouble with your Apple TV channel. Please try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote, and choosing "Remove channel." Then restart your device from Settings > System > System Restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel once more.

Please keep us posted on what you find out.

All the best,

Chel
