Look for Tracker ID in my picture of my HiSense Roku TV in my earlier message.  Every thing I tried is listed in my initial message including current upgrade.

I am still trying to confirm if this was caused by a recent ROKU upgrade.

I’m having the same problem on two TVs. More than likely the problem is caused by a recent ROKU update. Having the same software malfunction on two separate TVs is possible but highly unlikely. It would be like winning the lottery twice on the same day. Sure it can happen, but unlikely.
