Just last night all of my Roku TV’s (Hisense, Sharps) will not turn off by Alexa. It has been working fine until last night. I tell Alexa to turn off and it goes into thinking mode and then reboots the tv. I’ve done everything except for a factory reset of the TV’s. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Same here. Problem begins today.
All comands with alexa show a "processing" message. After some secons the TV restart.
Same on "turn on tv" command. TV turns on with the "processing" message and restart.
Same problem here, this is so stupid
Thanks for the reply. I thought I was the only one going crazy.
Same....now what?
Since yesterday if I use Alexa to control my Rokus ALP of them freeze before performing voice command and the restart
tvs say no updates
alexa has not updated
Why is this not working? I am unable to control 8 TVs via voice while this worked for the entire past year wi th no issues until yesterday!!!!!!
very annoyed and NO factory reset DOES NOT SOLVE THIS
started yesterday
affects all of my TVs
is definitely between Alexa and Roku
Yup same here out of now here yesterday
it was all of my large TVs at first and this morning it’s all of them TCL and Hisense brands
mine all say no recent updates what about yours?
Same here going crazy if you got any update on what to do please keep us posted
I’ll have to look when I get home. I’m glad it’s not just me. My Roku sticks are working fine as of this morning.
Same issue here. Saying “Alexa, turn off the TV” causes my Roku TV to restart but not turn off. Software is up to date on everything.
