Account won't let me set a pin

I can't seem to set up a pin on my account for parental controls on my mobile browser. It will let me type it in but just has the red box around it and won't highlight the set pin button Screenshot_20220831-221954.png

Try to clear the cache of your browser or just use technifiser to find another one. It doesn't seem that it is ROKU problem.
