I bought this TV in January, so this is not OK. I have tried all of the suggested steps on this forum, and this TV will not turn on. A TV lasting less than 10 months is not acceptable. I need some help here, Roku. Bought it at Walmart. Any help appreciated.

We suggest trying a different power outlet to see if it makes a difference.

If the issue persists, please contact your TV manufacturer directly to report the problem and ask for more assistance. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for its Roku OS products.

That was the first thing that I did. Everything else works on those same plugs.
