55 inch TCL Roku turns off

Jump to solution

My 55 inch TCL Roku TV screen goes almost black when I try to watch something like Netflix or hulu, pretty much anything I try to watch makes the screen dim ,but if I mirror my phone to it it works fine,it's not getting hot cause I can leave it on for hours and it's fine but as soon as I try to watch something it goes really dim, sometimes I can connect my PS4 to it and it will be ok but sometimes it will still dim,ive tried everything, nothings worked so far,if anyone knows anything about how to fix this I would greatly appreciate it, thank you
