Mine started doing it about a week ago but I think I just fixed it
I tried everything but what worked for mine was using a can of air duster on the back control panel. We'll see if it holds up. Good luck

I don't have a photo clip of my Hisense Roku TV rebooting, but I have a screenshot of the error message when I tried to update the firmware and software from the website stating my serial number isn't correct even though the serial number is correct. However, I can't attached it on here.
Trouble shooting steps performed.

No, my TV has been doing this for 2 months now. It started right after I did the update that popped up on my Roku home screen in March. I can't watch any of the Apps that are installed on my Hisense Roku TV. The TV will reboot continuously, but I can watch regular TV via the TV antenna. When I do watch regular TV via the antenna the TV will reboot between 2-3 times, but then it doesn't reboot anymore unless I go to the Roku home channel and try to watch something on a App so I just leave it on the regular TV.
It’s very frustrating.

Mine is doing the same thing, Suspicious that all of us are reporting the same problem within a month 🫠
Why are all of our tv's doing this all at once 🤔
Tv updated and continues to restart randomly.
model 7822X-Roku TV
serial number:YN00PK306747 (E059DP306747)
version:13.0.0
Did ALL resets, deleted and added device through email and QR code. Finally recognizing device but began cycling off and on sometimes within seconds others a few minutes. The report tracker listed above has been a dead end with searches.
Welcome to the Roku Community, @Transvan!
Thank you for providing us with the information. We would like to take a closer look at your issue.
Before we continue, we would like to determine if your Roku TV is restarting randomly before or after the update. Have you tried plugging the TV into a different power outlet? Is there any error message displayed before the TV restarts? When did the issue first occur?
We look forward to hearing from you and looking closely into this issue.
Thanks,
Jharra
