My sub and sound bar worked for the first 2 weeks and then my sub just stopped working says it connected and doesn’t make sound tried different plugs and places to put it doesn’t work called the number on the paper and got nothing not sure what I should do..

Have you tried re-pairing your subwoofer to your Roku TV or Roku Soundbar/Streambar to see if you are still experiencing the issue?
