sound cutting out when playing programs on cable - Roku surround sound

Hey guys,

I have the same issue.  I have Roku streambar, wireless subwoofer, and wireless surrounds.

On some sources (Paramount+, Disney+, and PS5 for example,)  my surround sound cuts out briefly before coming back.  It doesn't seem to happen with Netflix, Amazon, Prime, or Xbox.

It's connected to my TV directly.

I've tried removing them and re-adding them to the system, with no effect.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the post.

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? How are you connecting your Roku Streambar to your TV? Have you tried replacing the cable being used to connect the Streambar to see if that helps the issue you are experiencing?

If you are still unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times and provide us with this ID)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing 
With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
