10 inch subwoofer making Popping sound

I purchased this 10 inch subwoofer less than a year ago and now it’s making a popping sound after one weeks of arguing with customer service for them to honor the warranty now I had to pay $69 to return it just for them to repair or replace my question is, do I get reimbursed or is he even worth by?

Re: 10 inch subwoofer making Popping sound

Does it make this sound all of the time or just when playing via Bluetooth? The reason I’m asking is because I have noticed when I’m trying to play Bluetooth music through my soundbar, my subwoofer also makes a popping noise. Using the Apple Music app on the TV fixed my issue. Still annoying to deal with nonetheless.
