First log into your Roku user account (https://my.roku.com). Look under subscriptions and see if there's something that matches your billed amount. If it's there, then it's a legitimate charge for something you have subscribed to through your Roku.
If you don't find a subscription on your user account, you are being scammed. You need to contest the charge, and ask your CC company to cancel your card and issue a new one with a different number.
There can be legitimate charges that have Roku in the billing name, but they often have some obscure name that doesn't match the actual subscription you have for a service. However, scammers can submit a CC charge and enter anything they like into an open text field, and scammers are known to use Roku in the name hoping that the person thinks it's legitimate and just pays it.
