No worries, we're here to find you the best resolution.

To help you troubleshoot your device, follow the steps provided below:

  • Remove the YouTube channel: press Home > Move to the right and highlight the channel you wish to remove > press Star* > Remove channel
  • Reboot your device's system: press Home > Settings > System > Power > System restart
  • Add the YouTube app again: press Home > select Store > Channels > Add channel

In addition, make sure to check the strength of your network connection: How to check network connection
