Have you tried to remove the app/channel, perform a system reboot, and re-install the app/channel again? If not, follow the steps provided below to help you:
- Remove the app/channel: press Home > Move to the right and highlight the channel you wish to remove > press Star* > Remove channel
- Reboot your device's system: press Home > Settings > System > System restart
- Install the app/channel again: press Home > select Store > look for that specific app/channel > Add channel
