two channels Halmark and Kocowa show current episode will not play after selection to start

After opening the channel to see movie, selected the episode ie S1E1 and attempt to load but returned back to selection mode.  checked other S2E1.  it did the same thing again.

Have you tried to remove the app/channel, perform a system reboot, and re-install the app/channel again? If not, follow the steps provided below to help you:

  • Remove the app/channel: press Home > Move to the right and highlight the channel you wish to remove > press Star* > Remove channel
  • Reboot your device's system: press Home > Settings > System > System restart
  • Install the app/channel again: press Home > select Store > look for that specific app/channel > Add channel

If the issue is still persistent, please don't hesitate to let us know, and we'd be more than willing to continue assisting you.
