Re: Roku Photo Streams just keeps saying trying to connect to internet and it is

We appreciate you for joining us here at the Roku Community, @Jazzres!

Mentioning you've already removed the app and then reinstalled it right after, have you performed a system reboot in between? (remove the app > system reboot > reinstall the app) We need to make sure that this process has been done precisely to work. In addition, have you tried to check your network connection's signal strength? You can check it under Settings > Network > Check connection. Here's our Support article to help you understand the results of your network connection check. May we also know if this happens to other apps?

Once we have a clearer grasp of the situation, we will be able to recommend the appropriate next steps. We'll be looking forward to your response.

Kind regards,
Carly
