Onn Roku TV 65". Everything looks completely normal and works fine, even the loading screen, but when any show or video starts the screen goes dark and grainy.
Roku doesn’t make TVs. They only make the software. So if you are experiencing an issue with your ONN Roku TV the best place to start is at ONN support. Is this happening on all channels? Netflix? Hulu? Roku Channel? HBO Max? Have you reset the picture settings?
Hey @nateuu
Thanks for posting here in the Community.
Does the issue only occur on videos on a specific channel or regardless of the channel you access on your Roku device?
If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel and then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
For detailed instructions, refer to this Support link: How do I resolve channel playback issues?

@nateuu Your TV is under warranty through ONN. So the best place to go is ONN support.
