retro reels after payment continues to request payment

I have had this same issue before.

At one time I was able to use this channel which I like for certain movies it alone seems to have but the last few times that I pay for a subscription it accepts my payment but continues to ask me to subscribe and continues to be useless to me.

Thanks for reaching out.

In some cases, removing the affected channel and then reinstalling it may help. To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
