I subscribed to Disney Plus through Roku. It used to work just fine. Then I didn't use it for a couple of months, and forgot my password. And now I can't access my account. I can not reset my password because according to Disney Plus, I don't have an account. But Roku continues to bill me monthly for Disney Plus. I decided I'd just cancel my account and set up a new one, but I can't even do this. Although my payments to Roku for Disney Plus show up on my Roku account under my purchase history, Disney Plus doesn't show up as one of my subscriptions, so I have no way of cancelling it. Can anyone help? Thanks.
I don't want any pay chanals
