anyone else having issues with this app?
Hi @johnnycash
Thank you for the inquiry!
Does the issue only occur on Radio by myTuner or across other channels installed on your Roku device?
Have you tried removing the affected channel Radio by myTuner and then re-install again? If not, we suggest starting there. In some cases, removing the affected channel and then re-installing it may help. Restart your device before re-adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart.
For detailed instructions, refer to this Support link for more information: How to resolve a channel playback issue | Official Roku Support.
Let us know if there's any difference after.
Warm Regards,

I tried rebooting the device. The problem is with the app. Thanks.
There does seem to be an issue with MyTuner when the country is set to Canada for the stations. It worked for USA and others.
It threw the "Connection Error" and then offered "Retry" and "Quit" when I selected Canada. Although it appears stuck here, all you have to do is back out and select a different country other than Canada stations for the channel/app to work.
When you receive the above message Connection Error...
1. press the Back Button (upper left button next to Home)
2. Scroll to top where says Canada, and switch to USA or another country.

Kind of weird because the MyTuner mobile app is playing Canada stations correctly, just something that is needing fixing in the MyTuner channel/app by the developer for Roku platform.
Thanks very much!!! You solved it!!
