My subscription for Paramount Plus essential is not working even though it is paid up to date. I turn it on, either on the Roku app or by searching for it, and it says to subscribe or start a 7 day free trial. I've deleted the app twice and reinstalled it, and did a reset, but no change.
How did you subscribe to Paramount Plus?
I have this same issue. I have a Paramount+ Essential subscription that I subscribe to thru Paramount. Why isn’t it recognized on the Roku channel? When we try to watch sports, etc, Roku tells me we need to subscribe. There doesn’t seem to be a way to pull in our subscription so that we can watch what we’re supposed to be able to watch.
If you have a subscription directly with Paramount+, you have to use their standalone app. That app and "Paramount+ on The Roku Channel" have mutually exclusive subscriptions.
