When Max app comes up it starts then closes itself out. How do I get it to run?
Can I add max also to play on my laptop if it won't play on my tv. It does say 2 devices, but how do I add it to my laptop.
Sometimes you can find a trick to make it work, but generally, you shouldn’t expect a subscription bought via some platform (Roku, Fire, Apple etc.) to work outside that platform. If you want to make subscriptions work cross-platform, it’s better to make the subscription directly via the content provider’s website, then sign in to the subscription on various platforms. Make sure you sign in and don’t sign up, which will give you two subscriptions.
