I have tried to add a few different channels like Fox News and Hallmark they give me a website to log in to like  foxnews.com/connect  and a code pops up. Then they ask for my internet provider. Mine is not in the list Infinite Internet Corp. I have called my internet provider and they tell me they can not add it it is up to Roku and i can not seem to be able to talk to anyone at roku What the world is going on here.

The channels you listed require a TV provider. Not an internet provider. In order to view content on those channels you need to have a paid TV provider. The channel even tells you this before you installed it
