cannot select  pbs live as of 3 days ago; when on pbs channel, trying to select live so i can watch evening news, roku lands on live then immediately skips over it to the next pbs program; this is ONLY a problem with the live streaming selection.  it has previously worked fine for many months since installing the 4k+ stick

Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!

We understand that you're having an issue with the PBS channel. No worries, help is here. Please follow these steps:

1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
2. Scroll and select Settings.
3. Select System.
4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
5. Select System Restart.
