baby Einstein App not working

Jump to solution

Baby Einstein freezes upon launch. Please fix the error. I reached out to the parent company but the app still does not work.

I have no tried baby Einstein app on multiple roku TVs from different locations. It's an issue with the app itself and needs to be fixed on the back end by the developers with Roku.

Please fix it.

Hello! @AmandaMachin,

Thank you for posting in the Roku Community!

We understand that you are unable to play Baby Einstein on your Roku. We're pleased to assist you.

The channel providers build and maintain each channel (app) on the Roku platform. Suppose you encounter an issue within a channel that isn't occurring in every other channel on your device. In that case, you'll want to contact the channel provider directly to report the issue and request additional support.

We recommend performing the below steps and see if you can resolve the issue:

1. Remove the channel from the Roku device
2. Power cycle the Roku device by disconnecting it from the power cable and reconnecting the device back to the power
3. Re-add the channel back to the Roku device

Steps to remove and re-add the channel can be found here:

How do I remove channels from my Roku® streaming device?
How do I add channels to my Roku® streaming device?

If the issue persists, you should contact Baby Einstein support to report it and request additional assistance.

Thanks,
Arjiemar

@Jon2024

Unfortunately, the individual developers of the channels/apps are responsible for the development, maintenance, and any fixes of their channels that are on the Roku platform.

You can watch Baby Einstein over on their Youtube channel until they fix it,
