I'm having the same issue with my Roku Ultra ... started with trying to watch the videos, they only played about 10 or 15 seconds, and then the whole screen goes dark. If I press the * (star) button, the video pops back up on the screen. Now, after a few days and trying every troubleshooting step, even just going into the YouTube app, it only stays up for 10 to 15 seconds and then the screen goes black. I've tried a restart of the Ultra, removed and reinstalled YouTube, checked for updates on YouTube and the Ultra, changed video display settings, changed HDMI inputs on TV, nothing plugged into Ultra or TV, etc. What else can be done to fix this?
