YouTube on Roku has tiles with No Views throughout playlists

Jump to solution

My YouTube playlists have gray tiles titled No Views throughout all playlists. If selecting one, it simply goes to next available video. These do not appear on any other platform, Android or website, only on Roku. I have tried removing channel and reinstalling it, no luck. I have a picture , but see no way to post it here.

Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community, @Pap83!

We appreciate you letting us know about the issues you are currently seeing inside the YouTube channel on your Roku player.

The videos you are looking for may be no longer available on YouTube. However, since you mentioned being able to access them on other platforms, there's likely an issue with the channel within the Roku streaming platform.

With this being said, we highly recommend contacting the channel providers and letting them know about this issue you are referring to. Please also note that the majority of content on the Roku platform comes from streaming channels maintained and updated independently by the channel's provider.

You may reach them here for further clarification and assistance: YouTube Support

We hope you get everything sorted out soon and appreciate you bearing with us in the meantime. Let us know how it goes!

Best regards,
Carly
