YouTube channel - new issue with skipping video choices

YouTube channel new issue. When browsing videos by using the arrow buttons on the remote, my Roku Ultra LT now skips 2 or 3 videos right/left or up/down. It didn't do this for the first month but it is now a random and annoying issue.  I've tried restarts, factory default, and pairing the remote again.  This doesn't happen when moving around tiles on the home screen.  Not sure if this is an issue with a defective remote or the system itself.  Any suggestions?

We appreciate you for letting us know about the issue you've encountered on YouTube, and we'd like to gather more information regarding the issue so we can take a closer look and conduct a review. Kindly provide the following details below:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version. (These can all be found in Settings > System > About).
  • What channel and what version/build is the channel that is having the issue? (This can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button).
  • Tracker ID when this issue occurs. (When you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
  • A photo or video clip referring to the issue,

Once we have this informaiton, we'll be able to work on this with the appropriate Roku team for investigation.
