Hi @WarlockWeary,

Thank you for keeping us posted here in the Roku Community!

We regret to hear about this. We always aim to provide our customers with the best streaming experience and convenience when using our services. Are you receiving any error messages or error codes? When did this issue occur?

Also, we advised you to reach out to HBO Max customer support because the channel developers themselves maintain channels on Roku. Since the issue exists on this channel only, an issue within that specific channel might need to be addressed with an update from them. Once they confirm that the problem is not on their end, please let us know so we can escalate it immediately and investigate this.

We'll be waiting for your update.

Kind regards,

Eunice

Hi @WarlockWeary,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

After attempting the troubleshooting steps and videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developers themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.

If you need anything else, please let us know.

Kind regards,

John

Mr. RokuJohnB

Seems to be the only answer us Roku owners get.

If it broke do not blame us .. blame the company.

The problem with us Trying to get this fixed.

Is they will never listen to us but if Roku management actually gets off their **** and tells them to fix it.

I'm sure it would actually get done, and fast. Roku has millions of customers. And if they're not happy? Shouldn't Ruku not be happy? You think management would wanna get this fixed as soon as possible for their millions of customers? Instead of directing their customers. To try to fix something that they're never going to be able to do. By asking in single numbers.

It's an absolutely ridiculous. Thing to ask us. To do.
