About two or three months back, I noticed when navigating the Xfinity streaming app favorite channels, it no longer stays on the channel number that is set as the favorite. Example: I have all the 800 HD channels set as my favorites. If I go to an 800-channel using the live menu, then go to last channels watched, it only shows channels in the 1000's, like it does not remember the favorite channel number and defaults to the list of channels in the 1000's. The channels in the 1000's are not in the same order/format as the 800 channels (History Channel 872 on live menu is now 1478 on the last channel menu). So, it makes it difficult to navigate back and forth from one channel to another using the quick menu. I have tried resetting the Roku unit via the menu, unplugging and plugging back in to do a full power down reset. Was there an update made that broke the favorite channel functionality?
