I know my IP, I got it from my router and also through where's my IP. The IP is in a suburb near me that would still get Charlotte locals.
All I know is when I went to Roku Home Screen, settings, network, about and looked at the ip listed not the gateway, it was different than my router. I gave Hulu this info and they added it on their end. Then my channels came back. I can only share what worked for me. Mine were gone for over a week. Frustrating
Thanks everyone! I knew it was going to come down to it. I chatted tonight and Hulu fixed it quickly. IP Chicken and a few other sites showed Kanapolis NC (which has Charlotte locals) but I found a site where it listed Kannapolis, Concord, and Denton, NC cities. Denton has Greensboro locals, so that was causing my issue. Seems odd that it could be one of three cities but Hulu fixed me right up.
The quickest and easiest way to fix this is to open a Hulu Support chat. They will walk you through locating your IP address and will fix it for you. I spent 5 minutes chatting and it was fixed. My internet service provider did some network updates that changed my IP address and started the issue in the first place. Hope this helps!

I am having the same issue, tried everything the reboot everything has anyone found out the solution
Contact Hulu, they're the only ones that can fix it.
Hi, @almos
Welcome to the Roku Community.
We appreciate you for letting us know about your concern with channels on Hulu Live, and we'll assist you in getting in touch with the right support to assist you.
We advise contacting Hulu's support directly and inquiring further about your concern since they'll be able to provide you with a workaround. Most channels on Roku, such as Hulu, develop and maintain their own channel on the platform.
For more information, you can contact them at Hulu Support.
We hope this will be sorted out soon.
Best wishes,
Kash
