Wont load an app.on roku smart tv

My chek+app on my onn roku smart tv will not load but all my other apps no problems...it gets to the main screen then oops something went wrong...have done updates restarts everything but still nothing...pls help thanks

We'd like to take a closer look to see if there's anything else we can suggest to help. When did this issue first start occurring? Just to confirm, have you tried removing the channel, restarting your device from Settings>System>Power>System restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step), then once it loads up again, adding the channel back once more to see if that clears things up?
