Why is episode 4 of "The Gone" not available on AcornTV through Roku?

Why is episode 4 of "The Gone" not available on AcornTV through Roku? AcornTV through Amazon Prime Video has episode 4 available already. My understanding is the episode was released on Feb 3rd, but it's still not showing on Roku.

Why is this?

I am also having the same problem only able to watch first three episodes. It’s very frustrating since I know episode 4 should be available.

Thanks for your response. I'm wondering if you have an update on this issue. I see that episode 4 is now available as of yesterday, however, according to AcornTV, episode 5 was released yesterday as well. Amazon Prime Video has episode 5 available, but AcornTV through Roku does not.

Are you able to share WHY there is a 7-day delay through Roku? It's very frustrating, and will likely cause me to get my premium subscriptions elsewhere if I can't trust Roku to get new episodes of shows on time.

Thanks for any insight you can provide.
