I have Shaw (Canada) internet. Why does it say I can’t watch Global?
Does it say anything more specific than you can't watch? For example, does it want you to login to a TV provider?
It says the global app is installed but “you are not subscribed to this channel”

For more information about that channel's authentication and functionality, you'll want to contact Global App support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
