Episode eight is not available on Paramount plus on Roku. It is available on Paramount plus on Amazon. I turned the device off and on, remove the channel and put the channel back on. It has nothing to do with it. Why is episode eight not available? There’s a ton of people on here asking the same question.

Many channels on Roku are maintained by the channel provider themselves. Since the error only occurs on the Paramount Plus channel, that's an indication that there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them. I bought it on the Roku channel. I get it you’re washing your hands of it where exactly am I supposed to go to contact Paramount plus support? You’re not even providing a link. This is the worst support ever. It’s nothing personal.
Same issue with episode 8. Contacting Paramount+ support does not help. They send you back to Roku with a telephone number where the voicemail box is full! Also, their chat bot that can’t connect to an agent.
Roku: if you cannot provide the subscribers what they are paying YOU for, you should not offer to be carrying that channel. Everyone else who didn’t subscribe to Paramount Plus through ROKU have already viewed this episode two days ago. Maybe reassess your channel menu and promises to your customers? Just a thought.
Yet another reason to NEVER subscribe through a 3rd party. Subscribe DIRECTLY from the service at their WEB SITE, and you should have full immediate access to everything on ANY device. People have also been complaining that Picard, when going through P+ on Roku Channel, can be delayed a day or two.
To be honest, just why are people subscribing to these sub-subscriptions through the Roku Channel? The only reason I can think of is that it puts everything under one umbrella, but that umbrella appears to have alot of holes...
I can’t stream episode 8 of 1923. Does this happen often with channel purchases via Roku? If so, I’ll cancel the Roku channels and go through Amazon. I’ve read the responses from Lianna and not one is acceptable or helpful. She’s missing the point. It’s not ONE customer having this problem, it is MANY. Reinstalling the app isn’t the answer. Contacting Paramount+ isn’t the answer. This is a Roku problem. Have you discovered a correct answer yet? If so, please post it.
But, wouldn't you have to pay for a whole different subscription or does it transfer over? I don't want to double pay and I have almost a month left on pp-roku.
