I just purchased the MGM subscription services through Roku and now I cannot find the contents except the few that's on the Roku app. And that's aggravating trying to locate MGM through Roku app. I have to keep on scrolling insurgent do I find something that says MGM.
I browse through the community I can't find nothing.
Someone please help me. My girlfriend is driving me nuts because I'm aggravated at not being able to locate MGM subscription services full content
(PoC TCL/Roku TV. Sucks. Updates. You're being the middle of watching a movie it freezes because of an update)

If you purchase the MGM through Roku Pay, then you will only have access to the MGM content through The Roku Channel.
You will be able to find MGM-specific content by navigating to The Roku Channel, scrolling down on the left-hand side to Premium, and then finding the MGM channel to view content.

Please be advised that if you have a subscription through Roku Pay, you can only view entertainment from your Premium Subscriptions on Roku devices, at TheRokuChannel.com, and on the Roku mobile app. Terms and Conditions apply. A temporary authorization hold for the subscription trial may appear on your payment method.
However, if you have a subscription through a channel provider, you should be able to watch their content on other devices as long as the channel provider supports those devices.
Moreover, for more information about the channel's functionality and supported devices, you'll want to contact the channel's support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel providers themselves.

Yeah, that is the dumbest **bleep** Roku! I will NEVER subscribe to any premium channels through your app again! I didn't know when I subscribed to MGM+ through Roku that I wouldn't be able to watch it using the MGM+ app. NEVER AGAIN! That's a crock of **bleep**! I just cancelled my subscription.
Yeah 100% I thought I would be able to watch it on my phone also so wrong Roku BS!!!

I just subscribed to mgm* through Roku
- I do understand that I must scroll through Roku choices & choose MGM* /Roku to view content and do NOT CLICK ON main screen MGM+ app
i created an online MGM+ account and was hoping that my account info would be there
- it is not
QUESTION:
when I travel to other locations
(sons house or vacation home)
- how do I access content?
son has a Roku tv
- do I need to sign out of his Roku account & then sign in to my account?
@browntbdd, to be honest you should really cancel your subscription through Roku and take one out directly with MGM. Subscribing to something through Roku and especially through The Roku Channel (TRC) comes with significant limitations that were probably mentioned in the fine print that no one ever reads. If you subscribed through TRC then you can only use that subscription through TRC on a Roku device that's linked to your account. There's no easy way to "sign out" of a Roku account. You have to factory reset the device to link it to a different account.

Roku does offer a few .99 month deals, but other than those I see your point on subscribing directly
