App stopped working, deleted, rebooted stick, reloaded app and it loads to Enter Location screen and wont find any City, State or even tried zip code.

Just started this week. Ideas anyone? thx

Furthermore, if this is an isolated case within this app only, we highly recommend directly coordinating this with the channel provider themselves for further assistance as they manage their app on the Roku streaming platform independently.
