I’m having the same problem. I have 2 identical Roku TV’s, yet only one allows me to access Apple TV. Any ideas?
Hi @jrupeck ,
Greetings from the Roku Community!
We're glad to assist you with your problem accessing Apple TV on your Roku TV. We'd like to know more about it so we can assist you further. Are you getting any error messages or error codes when opening this channel? What do you see on your screen when you’re trying to play a content?
We'll be waiting for your response.
Kind regards,
Eunice
You say identical. Do you mean the same brand, or the exact same model number? Are both using the same Roku user account?
I am having the same or either a similar issue. I can’t find Apple TV+. I have search and all that comes up is the wrong one

There are two Apple TV channels in the channel store. The one used for viewing content (not the screeners) is just called Apple TV. But unless you're located in the US with a US based Roku user account, you might not have access to it. I don't know if Apple restricts their channel by region, but many channels do.
I’m in the US. I had it but I had to restart my tv from factory settings and now it has disappeared. I’ve looked in the app section and even searched for it. Somehow it’s just not there.
See if you can add it this way:
