Volume problem before advertisement on Disney Plus

Jump to solution

Just before an advertisement starts, the volume goes way up while watching Disney Plus. Volume leveling is on and other apps are fine.

Re: Volume problem before advertisement on Disney Plus

Hi @Carlitas,

Thanks for reaching us here in the Roku Community!

Volume fluctuation likely affects if the channel itself requires an update. You may start by reinstalling the channel, but make sure to perform a system restart on your Roku streaming player before adding it back.

For additional troubleshooting, you can also check for the basics provided by our support page here: How to resolve a channel playback issue.

If still acting up, you may want to report this issue to the channel support team and ask for additional support. Most of the channels on Roku are managed directly by the channel providers themselves.

You can reach them here at Contact Us - Disney+ Help Center.

Feel free to get back here and let the Community know if you need anything else.
