Vimeo is still not connecting after adding channel. I get an error after I enter code?! Been at it for over an hour

I've been told by Vimeo, 1 April 2021, that the Vimeo channel with Roku was OK. But there it displays a code, and with Vimeo on a computer the code DOES NOT WORK. Just like before.
